Caranya Membuat Risoles

Resep Risoles

  1. Siapkan Kulit.
  2. Siapkan 250 gram tepung terigu.
  3. Cukup 5 sdm tepung tapioka.
  4. Sediakan 1 butir telur.
  5. Cukup 1 sdt garam.
  6. Sediakan 1 sdt kaldu bubuk.
  7. Sediakan 1/4 sdt lada bubuk.
  8. Siapkan 150 ml susu cair.
  9. Siapkan 700 ml air.
  10. Cukup 3 sdm minyak.
  11. Sediakan Adonan Pencelup.
  12. Sediakan 1 butir telur.
  13. Sediakan 8 sdm tepung terigu.
  14. Siapkan 6 sdm maizena.
  15. Cukup 150 ml air.
  16. Siapkan 1/4 sdt garam.
  17. Siapkan 1/4 sdt kaldu bubuk.
  18. Siapkan 1/4 lada bubuk.

The mixture is formed into patties and baked, then served with a horseradish gravy. Risoles is one of popular appetizers in Indonesia. It looks similar with spring rolls but the way to make is a little bit different. The name Risoles is borrowed over from the traditional Portuguese rissole.
